Festival of Dionysus
A downloadable game for Windows
This is an educational game developed by Wade Parham, Kosi Jude-Chima, Miller Anderson, and Milo Wilson. We worked on the game in the spring of 2022 for our educational game design class. This game was developed for a teacher of gifted students at Dunleith Elementary to help them practice math and learn about Greece. In-game credits credit online assets and scripts used in the game.
Minigames:
- Escape the Labyrinth: A game where the player must outrun the Minotaur, but be warned there will be math and history problems that will try to stop you from reaching your goal. You can't move while answering but Minotaur will still be chasing after you so be quick.
- Medusa Red Light Green Light: this is a two-player game where you and a friend answer questions to try to get to Medusa first, but you won't move forward when you answer while medusa is looking at you.
- Defend Greece: a single-player game where you must defend Troy from the Trojans. Answer the math problems on top of the trojans' heads to defeat them!
Last Second Games team and role:
- Milo Wilson: Minigames programming, implementing assets for minigames
- Miller Anderson: Various coding, researching, and programming of questions
- Kosi Jude-Chima: Hub world programmer, Main Menu programmer, Interaction, and progression systems
- Wade Parham: 2D & 3D Asset creation and Implementation
